Fast, secure and efficient shipments are an absolute priority for BNT Diamonds. The shipment of all our diamonds is insured until you sign for reception.
Delivery process
BAUNAT bears the delivery costs to any country of destination. These costs are not added to your bill. Moreover, all our shipments/deliveries are fully insured until you sign for their reception. Deliveries of diamonds are handled in the most professional & discrete way by specialized couriers like Brinks & FedEx.
These deliveries are insured by Driesassur Group, one of the largest specialized insurance brokers for the diamond and jewellery industry, with an international network of offices. The insurance cost is also borne by BAUNAT.
Scheduling the delivery date
After your diamond has arrived at the offices of BNT Diamonds we will contact you to fix a delivery date. Since the shipment will be 100% insured until the reception of the delivery, it is important that someone is available at the delivery adress.
Note that we never send out a diamond without a written confirmation of the client.
Tracking
Once your parcel has been picked up by the courrier, we will provide you with a trackingnumber. This way you are able to follow the shipment of your parcel. Usually the shipment of your parcel takes one or two days (depending on destination).
Customs
Depending on a country's customs the delivery can take a day longer than usual. Clients outside of the European Union do not have to pay VAT to BAUNAT. Border taxes and other local taxes will have to be paid to the delivery courier at delivery. These taxes are dependant on the country.
After reception
We will closely follow-up the delivery of your package and when we have been recieved the confirmation that your diamond has been delivered, we will contact you again to make sure you have well recieved your diamond.
