At BNT Diamonds, we offer our customer the right to return the product purchased on www.bntdiamonds.com within the 14 days following delivery.
The product must be returned in its original state (and all delivered accessories such as, without limitation, any (used diamond) certificates and diamond grading reports).
In order to make use of the return option, please fill in this form or contact us directly by mail to info@bntdiamonds.com and our team will contact you shortly.
Every product, that you plan to return must be sent to our Antwerp headquarters to the following address:

Once the parcel is received in our Antwerp office, our team will reach out to you in order to arrange the refund of the paid amount.
